New Manager Introduction

Thank you for volunteering to become a team manager, without people like you, our teams simply don’t exist. When becoming a team manager, there are a few courses and checks you must complete before being officially assigned as your team’s manager on the FA system. These requirements are outlined below:

First, you’ll need to create your England Learning Account. Select the link below and navigate to the little profile icon in the top left of the page. Create your account, and once completed and logged in, select the profile icon again and find your unique FAN number. Send this over to S4KFC management, along with your birthday - these two details are what allows us to add you to our system

FA DBS Check

Once you have completed the creation of your account, we will add you to our system and assign you as a ‘DBS Applicant’. To begin the process of applying for your DBS, select the ‘Whole Game System’ link below. Login to your England Learning Account and you should find a tab named ‘My DBS’ or similar. Click this and follow the instructions. This will generate an email that will be sent to the email address you created your account under. Open the email and follow the instructions to select your legal documents to verify your identity. Once you have done this, click the ‘DBS Form’ link below, and upload the documents you selected previously. This form will be sent to us, to verify your details on the DBS system from our end. England Learning Courses

The basic requirement is to complete two courses, Children’s Safeguarding course and Introduction to First Aid in Football. Both of these are fully online and can be completed at a time convenient for you going in and out as you please. They take around 2 hours each. These both cost £30, following the completion of both, we will reimburse the cost. Links to both courses below, make sure you’re logged in to your England Learning account when completing to ensure progress is saved!
